SUNSET HIGHWAY SWEATER KIT

This listing is for the Sunset Highway Sweater Kit consisting of YIN YANG fingering weight yarn.  Select your size from the size chart and the color combination you prefer from the swatches (MC is main color, CC1 is contrast color 1, CC2 is contrast color 2 and CC3 is contrast color 3).

Your kit will contain the correct number of skeins for your size in the colors corresponding to the swatch you select.  Note that the pattern is not included.  See the Where to Get the Pattern tab for the pattern link.

Why We Chose this Pattern:

The Sunset Highway Sweater was designed by Caitlin Hunter. 

We are so excited to offer the Sunset Highway Sweater Kit with our YIN YANG fingering weight yarn. 

When we were deciding which YIN YANG colorways to use in our sample, it quickly became apparent that there were so many possibilities.  We love the way our sample turned out and we offer the same color combination as a sweater kit.  But, we also have lots of other options. So definitely check out all of the options we offer to find your favorite version.

PATTERN SIZING NOTE

PATTERN DETAILS

Needles:

Note that needle sizes are suggested only. You may need to use a different size to achieve gauge. Some knitters also find that they require different sizes for colorwork and stockinette knitting to get the same gauge.

You will need the following needles in 24-40” 60-100 cm circulars, as well as shorter lengths or DPNs for the sleeves and neck if you prefer not to use the Magic Loop method for smaller circumferences.

Ribbing: US 2 2.75 mm

Main: US 4 3.5 mm

Gauge:

22 stitches and 24 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch with larger needles
